The following terms of purchase apply to the sale of children’s and baby products and other movable property (hereinafter referred to as products) from HTS BeSafe AS, organization number 502062 – 4994 (hereinafter referred to as Voksi) if no other written agreement has been concluded between the customer and Voksi. When selling to consumers, Voksi follows the mandatory legislation in this area. Voksi’s online store (www.voksi.com).

1.0 General

Voksi.com sells children’s and baby products for customers who have place of residence (invoice and delivery address) in Germany, Austria, and France. To shop with us, you must be 18 years of age or so and have a valid ID certificate, which can be used for collecting parcel mail. If you are under 18 years of age, we must have the consent of your guardian. Our products always come with a physical or digital user guide if relevant to the product type.

2.0 Order

Your order is placed via our website, www.voksi.com. Upon payment, you must approve our terms of purchase and agree that we will register your information in our customer register as instructed on the website. The purchase is not completed until you have received the order confirmation, which is sent to the email address you provided. In the event of incorrect information applicable price, inventory, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to change or cancel the order after you place your order. Should this become relevant, you will always receive information about this via your email address. If you are not satisfied with any change to your order, you have the option to cancel it at no cost.

You can use only one discount code per order. This does not allow you to combine multiple discount codes for the same purchase.

3.0 Payment

At checkout, you pay by VISA, MasterCard or Eurocard through Klarna. The amount will be charged on your card as soon as you have approved the payment. Should the delivery not take place the amount charged will be credited your card by us.

All prices are stated in Euro including VAT. Any shipping costs are added depending on the shipping form you choose when you order.

5.0 Freight and delivery

5.1 Delivery

Our delivery time is usually 3-6 business days. The delivery time is calculated from the day after you have placed your order and fulfilled the payment, provided that all items you have ordered are in stock. Once the item has left our warehouse, the responsibility for delivery time and condition passes to the carrier. Voksi cannot provide a delivery guarantee for items that were not in stock when the order was placed or that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time may be longer than usual if the carrier is to blame for the delay.

If your order has been split into multiple packages, you will receive a delivery confirmation per package. In the delivery confirmation you will find a package number (package number) that you can use to track your package at UPS.

As soon as we receive your order and have fulfilled the payment, we will send you shortly after an order confirmation to your E-mail. In it you will find information about your order. Always check your order confirmation and please contact our customer service if anything seems unclear.

Germany: Your orders are delivered by UPS, freight cost 7 €

Austria: Your orders are delivered by UPS, freight cost 7 €

France: Your orders are delivered by DPD, freight cost 7 €

If you shop for more than 99 € we will give free freight.

UPS delivers the order at your home address, if that is inconvenient you need to mark your delivery address on your order in the field order specification’s

5.2 Transport

If your item is damaged or disappears during its shipping time from Voksi, Voksi is responsible. If you return an item back to Voksi you are responsible for it during its shipping time

Product damages under transport

If, contrary to expectations, you receive an item that is damaged or otherwise in unacceptable condition, please contact Voksi Customer Service. We will help you as soon as possible and ensure that you avoid additional costs. As we need to report any damages to our transport company within 1-3 days, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible to simplify the process.

The above applies both in case of visible and hidden transport damage, therefore it is important that you open your package and check that your item is error-free and unharmed as soon as you receive your package.

If your item is visibly damaged, you should, if possible, report the damage to the pick-up site or to the driver immediately. Remember to store all packaging so that the complaint can be carried out correctly.

If you have received a package that you have not ordered, please contact customer service who can help you further with the return and next step.

5.3 Unclaimed packages

We reserve the right to charge for the handling costs incurred when a package is not collected (return shipping, handling fees, etc.). Therefore, we impose a fee of 20 EUR if the package is not picked up. The shipment will be held at the pickup location for 7 days before being returned to us. Please note: If you wish to cancel a purchase and return the item, you must first contact our customer service, who will assist you with the return of the package.

5.4 Delays

If your order is delayed by more than 10 days, you have the right to cancel the purchase at no extra cost. For promotions, delivery may be delayed.
6.0 Return, right of withdrawal & warranty

Return of items

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the item to us and get a refund, as long as the item or items are returned to us at most 14 days after you received it or them.

To return an item:

Put the items that you want to return back in the package. Close the package thoroughly.
Contact us to receive a return note.
Send the package from your delivery contact point and save the receipt as proof of your return shipment.
You will receive a refund within 14 days of receiving the package.

Price on return shipment: 20 € (in case of complaint, we refund return postage)
The return freight is automatically deducted from the amount you are reimbursed. The shipping price you paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

Note! It is you as a customer who has the financial responsibility for your return to come to us. Therefore, you must note the package ID on the package you return to us and save the receipt from delivery company.

If your item is damaged, if you have not received a return note or if you have any other questions, you can always contact us via our customer service.

6.0 Enter and guarantee

Replacing a product

To exchange a product, you must return the product and you will receive your money back, excluding the return shipment cost.

See the applicable return prices and return terms above. You must make a new order for the product, size or color you want to exchange for. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your product. Contact customer support before you return the product, we need to make sure that we have the item you want to exchange for in stock and you need to receive a return form.

6.1 Right of withdrawal

When you shop at Voksi, you have the right to open and try your purchase. If the product is returned in degraded condition, read more below.

Products in degraded condition: It is expected that the item will be returned in the same condition as it was received for a full refund. If the item is returned in degraded condition or has been used so much that it cannot be sold for the original amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount equal to the loss of value. This loss of value is assessed on a case-by-case basis. If the item cannot be returned in the same condition, please contact our customer service immediately, who can assess whether we can take the item back.

7.0 Complaint

When you shop at Voksi you get a 2-year guarantee on all products

To make a complaint about your item, please contact our customer service. We will ask you to send us a description of the product’s defects and clear proof of image, then we can help you further in the process. Any refund will be made as soon as possible once we have received and registered the defective item in our warehouse.

The product guarantee only covers manufacturing defects that existed when you received the product. Manufacturing defects must be presented and detected by Voksi. Depending on the situation, you may be offered a free repair, new product or discount in the original price. The product guaranty does not apply if we cannot find the product’s fault or if you have caused the damage yourself.

8.0 Discount codes

How to use a discount code

If you want to use a discount or compensation code for an order on our site, please do the following:

Put your items in the shopping cart and go to the checkout
Under the items in the box, click “Click here to use your discount code”.
In the box, type the discount code and click “Apply.”
You can now see the deducted amount at the total amount.
Note! If the code doesn’t work, try to check if the spelling is correct and if you’ve used upper case and lowercase letters in the right places.

9.0 Force Majeure

In the event of unpredictable events, such as war, natural disasters, labour market conflicts, missed deliveries from subcontractors, epidemics and pandemics, costly circumstances, etc., which are beyond our control, Voksi is relieved of liability under force majeure. This implies that Voksi is not obliged to comply with these terms of purchase.

Complaints and disputes

If you wish to complain about Voksi services or products, you should contact customer service via our contact form, email or phone. If, contrary to expectations, we cannot agree on a satisfactory solution, you have the opportunity to complain to the Consumer Complaints Board.
